I love this type (light/short steamed process) leaf.
The color of tea and tastes are totally different from what you can buy in the ordinal supermarket where usually sells deep/long steamed process leaf.
The light/short steamed process is traditional way of tea making in Japan. And when the tea leaf quality is above good, this process is best way to make tea to get beautiful flavor and desirable balance of bitterness and astringency.
Especially the delicate tea flavor/aroma can obtain in the limited environment of the tea grown area, usually mountain area where large diurnal temperature difference and fog in the morning. And light steamed process can maintain this aroma.
Deep steamed leaf Lover may not like this type of tea, but I love this delicate aroma, bitterness and astringency which is the importance of the tea character.
And this "Daichi no Sencha (tea of the earth)" has Mountain tea flavor and strength. Tastes long and feel Umami. Kaze no Sencha (tea of the wind) has slightly weak taste but Daichi has distinctive taste. And traditional preferable balance makes me relax deeply.

That is very rare cultivar currently in Japan, It's little bit difficult find.
